Too Hot Ep

From Adelaide to Italy, it must be the most distant artist we ever signed, let me think, South Africa, Brasil, Colombia, nope, none of them is that far, and it’s going to be summer there soon while we are entering what already looks like a very bad winter, shit! JAXS & SODA is a duo, they started mixing in 2005, largely influenced by the “noisy” style, Justice, Busy P, MSTRKRFT, Digitalism, don’t get me wrong i liked it too :-) they finally got into production some years later and managed to pull out a fresh sound based on funky elements sprinkled with dust of French House and those tropical percussions that seems to make their way in almost everything we are releasing, that’s the right direction.

Too Hot : Starts like a 80″ electro tune with Bootsy on bass, the sample adds that “French” thing that you don’t expect, nice party starter and perfect opening track

Ride With Me : the title says it all, fast, funky, can you keep your feet on the ground? nope!

Turn it up : A dirty smokey club, the dj is spinning, you phone went off, you promised your mama to be home by 2 am but you just don’t care.
